dynamic tanks fluid conducts and mine factory reloaded

Not really sure if it just me or not but since i updated to the newest builds of mekanism and enderio i can't get my dynamic tnak to fill with the output from the mfr grinder using fluid conducts any insight on what i might be doing wrong or if this is a bug that would be great.
