I have added steps to reproduce issue #57 (which was closed because unable to reproduce) but due to GitHub's permissions system am unable to re-open the issue. I believe this issue should be reopened now that the additional information is available.

This issue was present in much earlier versions of Mekanism, but has definitely been fixed in both the most recent 1.6.4 builds and everything past 1.7. Try updating!
