6x ore production

I was wondering if for a 6x ore duplication machine, that there could be a machine called the "stone degrading chamber". It would be a 3x3x3 multi block device that could hold 10 stacks of any ore in 20 slots. The blocks that make it up would be: Stone degrading chamber (goes in the centre), acid containment wall (goes on all faces of the acid containment wall), and the rest are titanium-steel blocks(titanium ore would need to be added..) (made by combining steel dust, and titanium dust at a crafting table, and putting the resulting mixture (titanium-steel alloy dust) in a energized smelter which creates 1 ingot, 9 ingots to 1 block.
What is used to process the ores would be hydrochloric acid. It would be made by putting water vapour and hydrogen chloride in a chemical infuser (1 HCl and 1 H20 vapour = 2 Hydrochloric acid). Then it would be sent to a "reinforced" rotary condenser (made by surrounding 1 rotary condenser with 8 HDPE sheets), which would also have a faster output.
The stone degrading chamber is made by shapelessly combining 2 plastic buckets of hydrochloric acid, 4 titanium, and 3 reinforced plastic blocks. And the acid containment wall is made by shapelessly combining 5 plastic blocks, and 4 titanium blocks (makes 6 acid containment walls).
The processed ores come out as a "spiky shard" which is placeable and causes damage when stepped on. It appears in as a spiky ball (similar to a sea urchin).
What would happen to the non-metals (except titanium):
All ores-> Stone Degrading chamber->Metal ores (except titanium) into tier 5 production and so on
(from SDC->Diamond, redstone, coal, and all other non metals into crusher)
(from SDC->Titanium into enrichment chamber, and then into osmium compressor)
Things that would need to be added:
Titanium (ore has to go into enrichment chamber before smelting, can only be smelted in energized smelter)
Plastic bucket: Same crafting shape as bucket, with plastic stick on top and iron replaced with HDPE sheets (\ = HDPE sheet, ?=plastic stick = = empty)
