I'm using Mekanism(1.7.10-7.1.1.100) with Cauldron (1.7.10-1.1207.01.195-server), both bundled in Bevo's Tech Pack (BTP-10.2FULL).

Server start crashing on player login after building TNT material automation which consists of a mekanism-Factory (Crusher Mode), an IC2AdvancedMachine-RotaryMacerator, a chest, a LogisticalSorter and some Logistical Transporter.

I've update RefinedRelocation to 1.0.6d and successfully logged in to the server.

You might try an updated RefinedRelocation. You're laoding 1.0.6c, and he just recently posted 1.0.6d.
