This was suggested in #713 and was apparently implemented, but removed in 1.6 and 1.7.10. Or not implemented im not a time traveler after all.

• Silk touch multiplier config
• Digital miner Radius config
• Energy per mined block config

If this isnt possible i understand, love the mod btw, its replaced ic2 as my tech mod in fact

Energy per mined block already technically exists under DigitalMinerUsage. The radius config will be unnecessary after the next release, too - however, I will consider making a configurable silk touch multiplier property.
