instead of only vent/seal there ought to be a mode for vent-additional-gas-if-full. For instance if you need to use both Hydrogen and Oxygen, but don't want to waste half of the output from one side each of 2 machines simply to avoid the machine shutting down if the H2 and O2 consumption rates aren't the same.

This is now implemented.
