Chemical Injection Chamber accepts wrong gas for ore processing

Hello there,
just a short issue where the Chemical Injection Chamber and his "factory descendants" accepts the wrong type of gas to process shards. If you are lazy or just too poor to make hydrogen chloride just use water vapor, it works just as well. :-)
Tested on Mekanism-1.7.10-7.1.1.114.
