Chemical Dissolution Chamber won't fill from pressurized tube

i'm using Mekanism-1.7.10-7.1.0.93.jar on Forge 1.7.10-Forge10.13.0.1207. No matter what I try the H2SO4 tank will not fill. My setup and GUI screenshots are attached. Counldn't connect in previous version either and I don't know why the machine won't fill. Nothing happens with ore in it either.

Are they the right way around?

I've had similar issues where it wouldn't accept H2S04 due to it not being the right way around.

Filling fine for me on the correct orientation :)
