As the title says all the basic block act as transparent block, which is kinda funny in case of Osmium and Charcoal etc.. :D

What exactly is the issue here? There are indeed some transparent blocks under the category of "BasicBlock," but they are transparent for a reason.

The charcoal block letting the light through like glass, basicly they are not transparent visualy but act like one, I think thats more than weird, or not? Minor things like you cant put a button on them.

They do transmit light, which is a bit odd. It's not a metadata-sensitive method though, so there's nothing I can really do without making Dynamic Glass opaque. And you can still put buttons on them, that works.
