When updating from mekanism 122 to anything above it causes the game to crash whenever i start it up

After I got the crash about the buildcraft IPipe i went and looked on openeye for the crash and found it so I looked for the mods that had been installed every time and also might cause the isuse and removed them to test it and received this new crash

mods i removed before second crash on start up are
Extra utlilties
Extra Cells 2
Applied Energistics 2
Fastcraft

I will note every thing is updated to the very very latest build thats out for the mods
