Decided to update a few mods and this one, even though it had crashed before.

This crash happens for both 132 and 127, both saying that Mekanism Generators has errored.

I found I had this problem, and when I looked through my mods I only had 2 that included BuildCraft integration of some kind.

I had RailCraft 9.2.2.0 which I updated to RailCraft 9.4.0.0. (http://www.railcraft.info/version-9-4-0-0-the-rf-update-and-laser-rails/)

I had EnderIo 2.0.8.221 which I updated to EnderIO 2.2.1.276 (http://minecraft.curseforge.com/mc-mods/64578-ender-io/files/2218555)

Both of these mods have updated their BuildcCraft integration. Updating both has resolved my problem without installing the BC API.

If you have BuildCraft installed, you need to update it. If you don't, some other mod is shipping an old or incomplete version of the BuuldCraft Fuel API (mods shouldn't do that, for precisely this reason) and you might need to wait for them to update. Or you could install the latest version of the BC API - it would provide the needed files without adding BC to your game, or just install the latest BC.

I dont want buildcrap. At all. However I already worked around and got the API, so it works.
Im not sure what mod is doing what you describe, but Ill figure it out.
