Using 7.1.1.132, any Mechanism block will not output RF to any other mods' machines or power networks. The universal cables also do not visually connect to things like TE4s' energy cells.

The Energy Cell in the above screenshot will not receive any power from the Energy Cube in any configuration, nor does the Energy Node.

I managed to find the mod that was causing the problem - Compact Machines. Turns out there was a COFH api was hiding in there so removing it from that finally fixed it for me, but that doesn't mean to say it's the only mod causing issues. What I don't understand is mods like Extra Utilites use RF but don't include the COFH api, yet some mods do and it causes annoying issues like this.

Am running the latest COFHLib (1.0.0B7-29) and the latest COFHCore.

In that case maybe try finding and deleting cofh folders from non-cofh mod jars?

Removed COFH api files from every mod .jar, problem still persists.
