Can be reproduced by breaking a Universal Cable attached to a capacitor bank transmitting power.

I have no other mods installed for the purpose of testing.

It seems that EIO's capacitor banks are calling methods on our cables even after they're invalid. We had similar problems with BuildCraft a while ago, I'll refer the devs to it.

it is fixed in the newest version of ender io

What version? I still have this issue on 317.

update it to latest version and all is fine
is use 2.2.26.322 of ender io and mekanism 7.1.1.145
