Osmium compressor stops with speed upgrades

I am using the latest mekanism 1.7.10.144 and the osmium compressor stops working with speed upgrades. The upgrades apply but once it processes one piece of osmium to make the liquid osmium the next piece does not get processed and I have to remove the osmium compressor and place it again for it to process another piece.
