I'm fairly certain this is due to the latest RF API being used by EnderIO causing this issue, but am just posting it here in case I'm clueless and am way off.

http://pastebin.com/jp3vqL8U for crashlog. Using latest Mekanism version (7.1.1.145) and latest COFH and EnderIO (B9-52 and 2.2.5.311).

Delete other mods' cofh folders - we also use the latest rf api and another mood must be overwriting it.

Found the mod with the offending API, removed and all good now.
