[1.7.10-7.1.2.718]PRC not holding upgrades upon removal.

Tried it a few times, after inserting 8 energy and 8 speed upgrades into the PRC and wrencing it up, it will lose all upgrades in it,

There is no .718 build, but I suggest you update to 7.1.2.184. Hopefully that fixes the issue!
