Server crashes when players move between dimensions

After updating Mekanism to v8.0.0 (and subsequently to 8.0.1) my server crashes whenever a player tries to move between dimensions (i.e. going to the Nether or Twilight). Here are logs from the crash: http://pastebin.com/P1ntdNiY
