When using an Electrolytic Separator, if I put in energy upgrades the energy capacity increases, but the RF usage does not drop as it once did. It still uses 160 RF/t with a full 8 energy upgrades installed when it used to use only 16 RF/t with a full stack. Other machines RF usage appear to drop correctly. This does not appear to be a display bug as well. Using a power system of 10 separators (all with 8 energy upgrades installed) with 20 gas-burning generators breaks even on power production (1600 RF/t produced and the same consumed).
