Java.Lang.NullPointerException at transition from SERVER_ABOUT_TO_START to SERVER_STARTING

So my world crashed when no one was online (but problably had some chunkloader working) and it didn't produce any crash-logs that I could post. Had to fish this from one of the latest.log which were produced when trying to restart the server.
