Explanation (i still have map with the bug, solution was to remove all induction casing blocks)
I was trying to setup teleporters, power came from induction with ulti cable. After flying away with portable i tried teleporting back or something, out of rendering maybe, and then crash. After trying restart still same crash, updating to newest mekanism version, still not solved. Trying to remove teleporters from map did not work with mcedit. Only induction casing removal with and manual in mcedit. Restart did succeed placed the casings again and it still worked.
