I'm not sure if this would be considered a bug? or a feature request? As you may or may not know, Immibis took it upon himself to port all the features (and leave out all of the nonsense of IC2 exp.) of IC2 from IC2 in 1.4.7. That being said, the Universal cables do not currently support energy transfer/conversion to his mod/machines. Of course I'm not sure which side this is on, but I would love to see some functionality added if possible. :)
