It would be nice to have not have to keep pumping absurd amounts of water. Already 12,000mB/t is quite the task, but it would be nice if we could recover the water and pump it back into the reactor. Run the turbine and reactor "closed loop".

Might save quite a few ticks server side.

I'll consider allowing for water to be reprocessed in the future, maybe a "Condensation Port." Closing for now, however, to focus on more prevalent issues.
