Basically what the title says. It is hard to "monitor" people from using glitches or dupes when the machines are locked and not even OPs can access them, which i don't like as many on my server always like to find some kind of dupe. Thermal Expansion has this for its safety network, i hope this can be added to Mekanism as well.

Config option to add (or like that):

B:OpsBypassSecurity=true/false

OpsBypassRestrictions already exists, I just never had a reason to use it. Now I do! Implemented in development, it's off by default, but when on operators have full access to all security.

Ok thanks. Ye i saw the config option, but it was under the Electrolytic Seperator section, and it was also set to true.
