So as a friend of mine has been trying to figure out a way to get around the limits on the reactor and turbine he has found that Pressure Pipes by bdew ( http://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/pressure-pipes ) Forciably injects and pulls unlimited amounts 👍

First of all, this should not be posted on GitHub. This does not classify as an issue report.

However, the issue you mentioned is fixed in v9.0.3. Hope you enjoy the change :)
