Hey Aidan o/ First of all, awesome mod. I've been using the latest version of mekanism on 1.7.10(281) and i noted that inserting energy upgrades in the electrolytic separator didn't make the energy cost per tick go down, it only increased maximum energy capacity. Is it an issue or is it intended?

Edit: Stupid me. Gave a good look through the wiki and found that you made it to work like that for balancing purposes. Nevermind XD
