By using the grinder in IC2 to crush diamonds into 2 dust, and then using the mekanism enrichment chamber to turn each one back into a diamond you can effectively duplicate diamonds.

This is one of those "Power Creep" exploits, which -Usually- don't get fixed because it requires compromise between the two teams, which is something that rarely happens.
