I have spent the last half an hour trying to figure out how to get OC to read the fluid level on a dynamic tank. I am by now pretty sure, that it is not a general issue as other Mek things (like Induction Matrix or Laser Amplifier) show up just fine as components and read back values.
It seems like the dynamic tank is the only thing that is not responding.

Mek version is 9.2.1 on MC 1.10.2

For whoever stumbles upon this:
I found a "solution".
You can place the adapter next to a tank valve and install a "Tank Controller Update". This allows you to read out the fluid levels. I didn't test it very thoroughly (yet), but in a short experiment it correctly detected a bucket of water in a small dynamic tank.
