There appears to be a rather bad compatibility issue between Quark and Mekanism. This will break Mekanism machines in your world even after Quark is removed.

Edit: The issue appears to be on Quark's end. Version .63 of Quark was appending meta data to blocks and ores. I STRONGLY advise that anyone using .63 of Quark update to .64 immediately and restore your latest world backup.

Since the issue isn't with Mekanism and is resolved in version .64 of Quark, I will be closing this.
