There's a bug that could potentially be used to crash a server, if you connect a Logistical Pipe to a fluid plenisher or electric pump, have the pipe run back into the pump (a loop) and setting one end to push, and one end to pull, and then power it, it will corrupt a chunk and crash the server whenever a player enters that chunk. The player then gets stuck in said chunk, Please fix.

Can't reproduce this on 1.10 or above.
