Using build 3f9cd82 Factories with maxed energy and speed upgrades are only using 2RF per slot which I believe is 100x lower than it should be. Normal maxed factory running all 7 slots is 1400RF/T

Removing all the upgrades, picking up factory then reinstalling upgrades resets it properly
