Issue description:

When using both Mekanism and Journeymap and trying to connect to a server running the latest version of these, you are disconnected. Seems to be caused by the model cache throwing null exception:

Joining a SSP world works just fine, however.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Joing a server using latest JourneyMap + Mekanism on 1.11.2
2. After an unusually long wait - immediate disconnect before world is constructed
3. After this you are returned to the multiplayer menu, no full client crash - but unable to join.
