[1.10] TechReborn machines drain all the power with universal cables

Issue description:

TechReborn's machines drain all the power, even if they are fully charged. For exemple, a compressor who runs at 128rf/t will constantly drain 128RF/t even when they are fully charged. This happens when I connect them to universal cables.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Plug a power source to an energy cube with universal cables
  2. Wait till your cube is fully charged
  3. Plug a TechReborn's machine to energy cube with universal cables
  4. Look at your energy cube. It will be drained of all it's power pretty fast.

Version:

Forge: 12.18.3.2316
Mekanism: 9.2.2
Other relevant version: Modpack : AllTheMods 1.10.2 v3.00 / TechReborn 2.1.13.219

EDIT :

This glitch does not happen with Ender IO's conduits

Could you try with the latest version of Mekanism for 1.10?

Closing due to inactivity. Furthermore, as Mekanism cables work fine with other mods' machines, I'm going to assume there's something wrong on TR's side.
