Issue description: Mekanism Generators crash :/

Steps to reproduce:

1. In the Minecraft Loading

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

Forge: 10.20.1.2421
Mekanism: 9.3.2.307
Other relevant version:
crash-2017-07-24_22.22.30-client.txt

You're using an old version. Please update to the latest version (311-fix on curseforge).
