Issue description:

It sems that some blocks are missing on the 1.12 version of Mekanism, such as the solar panels (and thermal evaporation, because they are required in the multiblock)

Steps to reproduce:

Doesn't seem to be any steps. The blocks don't show up in NEI or in the creative inventory.

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

Forge: 1.12-14.21.1.2443
Mekanism: 1.12.1-9.4.1.326

Edit : Seems I was missing the Mekanism Generators mod. Oops. Thought it was included in the main thing!
