Turbine Valve crashing the game

Issue description:

I am playing on a Resonant Rise 3 modpack for minecraft 1.10.2 and tried to build a fusion reactor with steam turbine. But everytime I place the turbine valve it crashes my game and I have to manually delete the block from my world using MCEdit. I tried to download older versions of mekanism, mekanism generators and mekanism tools but nothing seems to fix it.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log into the world
  2. Place the turbine valve anywhere on the world
  3. the game crashed completely

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

Forge: 12.18.3.2511
Mekanism: 9.2.4.103
Other relevant version: minecraft 1.10.2
