Issue description:

Mekanism Generators crashed, while no other mods appeared to be crashed. I have installed Mekanism Tools, and Mekanism with Mekanism Generators

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install a 1.12.2 instance
2. Install the three mekanism mods, add whatever mod(s) [Still don't know which other mod or mods are causing it as mekanism mods alone work fine]
3. Mekanism crashes with this "Gasses must be registered before postInit."

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

Forge: 14.23.1.2562
Mekanism: 9.4.2.327, same version as the other mek mods installed
