Issue when trying to run shaders

hello i believe i found an issue with mekanism when i turn shaders on the game crashes the error report seems to say its mekenism render issue here is the full crash report.. i am also running other mods as well but the issue didn't start tell after i added mekanism sop i assume its mekanism itself

alright thanks o how do i fix it because i like to stream and record videos with shaders and mods also what is vertex format
Its a shrug. It will take some digging to work out (as I'm not the original author of the erroring section)
It would help if you can produce the crash with the minimum set of mods (e.g. mek and the shader mod(s))
i have attempted to recreate it and it will not crash with just mekanism and the shaders.. which is confusing because it didn't crash in the modpack ether until after i had placed down a metallurgic infuser and than every time id try and switch them back in the game would gobble up 10GB of ram instead of the usually 6 and than crash after about 15 minutes of being frozen
i managed to get the error to repeat once again i added several new mods most of them the same as the old packs and it worked perfectly fine up until today i think the error has something to do with how far in the world i am... like when i first start a world fresh i cant get it to crash if i play in it for a few days and use the machines and so on it will eventually crash and give that same error
