Issue description:

Add API support for the Energized Smelter, currently crafttweaker support for it seems to be there #5010 but no Recipe API support. If modders want to do something different rather than just following whatever the vanilla furnace does, it could get.... hacky.

This request has been added to the master list at #5322

In order to keep issue numbers under control this issue will be closed and used as future reference.
