Issue description:

According to the Getting Started tutorial, the first thing I should be able to create is the Heat Generator.

I have all the parts, but I can't create it.

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

Forge: 14.23.3.2689
Mekanism: 1.12.2-9.4.10.345
Other relevant version: Absolutely zero other mods installed. Installed with the Twitch client.

That worked. I didn't know I had to install that :>

I installed JEI and Heat Generator isn't even listed as one of the possible items. (?!?)

Do you have Mekanism Generators installed?

Oh god, are there more extra mods that I need to know?
