Issue description:

Dynamic Tank Crash

When i fill a Dynamic tank with Steam it crashes the game when i try to open its GUI
(The server its run on is still running an i can log back in)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create Dynamic Tank
  2. Fill it with Steam (so far thats it)
  3. Open the Gui

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

Forge: Forge 10.13.4.1614
Mekanism:Mekanism{9.1.0} MekanismGenerators{9.1.0} MekanismTools{9.1.0}
**Other relevant version: Minecraft 1.7.10 **
