Solar Neutron Activator stopped converting with 04/08/19 patch.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Update mod from 03/25/19 patch

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

**Forge: 1.12.2-14.23.5.2825
**Mekanism: 1.12.2-9.6.7.360
**Mekanism Generators: 1.12.2-9.6.7.360

There is no crash. The Neutron Activators are not processing lithium

I wrenched them out and replaced them and they are working fine now. Currently placed Activators when upgrade must be reset to function.
