Logistical transporter/sorter duping

Issue description:

On a dedicated server, logistical transporter will drop and keep their content when player exits the area.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. on a server, place a chest, then a Logistical sorter, than a few pipes leading to another chest
  2. place 2 swords in the first chest
  3. once swords are visible in the transporter, change dimensions or disconnect from the server
  4. come back or reconnect
    => swords are still on the move and a duplicated set has been dropped above the transporter

Issue is intermittent, about 50% chance of occurring.
Issue isn't reproduced in single player with or without sponge.
Issue is reproduced in multiplayer with Sponge.
Single player with sponge didn't reproduce it.
Multiplayer without sponge wasn't tested.

It's also noted that this bug allows to stack unstable items (in this case, swords), which leads to other exploits that won't be described here. As such, there's probably another bug with breaking a transporter block at the right time.

Known workarounds

Disable Logistic sorter and transporters.

Based on #5919 and the fact you haven't been able to reproduce it without sponge, I believe this is a sponge bug.
