I play on a small modded server which recently moved hosts and after the move the entagloporters stopped working I can create and delete frequencies but nothing is sent, I have made sure that inputs and outputs are correct using the configurator.

sounds like your save data didnt get transferred properly. Need a server log to even guess at what's wrong
