The flamethrower does not burn

Minecraft 1.15.1-forge-30.0.40/forge (Java 1.8.0_51 64bit) and mod updated X-1.15.1-9.9.3.394 ... in no way possible, the flamethrower burns at all, also the flame comes out of quite separate from the flamethrower...
