Bins DO NOT retain their data when unloaded.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place bin and put item in it
  2. Exit world
  3. Re-enter the world

Version:
Forge: 31.1.18
Mekanism: 9.9.13.405 (same version with Generators and Tools)

I downloaded the mod "Drawers" and it looks like only the Mekanism bins have the issue of not retaining data.
