Bronze tools cant be repaired by ingots from other mods

Issue description:
As in title, bronze tools can not be repaired by other mod's ingots. (it has the proper forge:ingots/bronze tag)
Steps to reproduce:
- Get bronze tool
- Try repair with other mod's ingot
Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):
Forge: 31.1.45
Mekanism: 9.9.20
