Issue description:

Mekanism Electric bows can be stacked up to 64, which they probably shouldn't.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a World.
2. get some Electric Bows with the same amount of energy in them
3. Stack them.

Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

Forge: 31.2.20
Mekanism: 9.10.8.421
