Issue description:

Trying to set up a fusion reactor, miss click and place laser amplifier down facing wrong way, amplified beam fires into Advanced Universal Cable and crashes server

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place down Amplifiers going into each other and have one pointing into a Universal Cable
  2. Place Lasers going into Amplifiers
  3. Laser fires into cable
  4. Server Crash

**Forge: 32.0.108
**Mekanism: 1.16.1-10.0.9.432

All those crash reports point to refined storage:

java.lang.RuntimeException: No network node present at BlockPos{x=-3089, y=4, z=3427}, consider removing the block at this position
	at com.refinedmods.refinedstorage.tile.NetworkNodeTile.getNode(NetworkNodeTile.java:65)
