[1.16.3] Brine and liquid lithium liquids need their attribute, "gaseous" set to false.

Issue description:
I think since brine is a salt water it would not float in a tank like glowstone, as you can see here it is floating because it has the gaseous attribute.
Steps to reproduce:
- put a bucket of brine, or liquid lithium in the large tanks mod tank
Version (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):
Forge: forge-1.16.3-34.1.19
