Issue description:

so I fucked up and decided to move the PRC filled with plutonium so I broke that and irridiated the area around me ok fine... then I left the world in an attempt to fix it and now I'm getting Failed to log in Invalid Session when attempting to connect to the server (which is locally hosted) its as if the player gets banned? or blacklisted?

Steps to reproduce:

1. break the PRC
2. leave the server
3. attempt to get back in

ok I was not exactly sure what happened but I had to do a full restart of the game
